After you make your selection and complete your on-line purchase through PayPal for your "Workshop Session" we will follow-up by email with confirmation that your payment has been processed and received.
We will also provide you with the venue location details where your selected workshop will be offered. In the event a specific workshop course level either fails to reach the required minimum registration amount of at least 12 participants or exceeds 22 class capacity for the identified session date - we will notify you by email to provide you with the option of either issuing to you a full-refund through Pay-Pal for that particular workshop fee or transfer your registration payment to another upcoming workshop for that same course level or another workshop of same value.
Due to the involved logistical requirements of securing a venue location for our workshops - all payments are deemed "full and final" once we reach the minimum of 12 registrants for the identified workshop date.
As such, we unfortunately cannot and will not issue any refunds nor credits to anyone for any reason in the unlikely event they decide to cancel their registration or fail to attend a workshop in which they had been already previously confirmed as registered for that particular date and time and location.
